Luke and Camille met at a New Year's party at their friends' river house in San Marcos in 2021. Luke actually left the party early and never got Camille's number, but he couldn't stop thinking about her afterward.

For the next few months, Luke kept asking friends for Camille's number, but nobody would give it to him because they all agreed she was too special to share her number with just anyone. After months of persistence, they realized he was serious about her and finally gave him her number.

Not long after, they reconnected after a Randy Rogers concert, and from there, everything just seemed to fall into place. A hurricane unexpectedly brought Camille back to Austin for a while, giving them even more time together. They spent their days going to UT football games, attending many country concerts, trying new BBQ spots, and making memories that quickly turned into something much bigger than either of them expected.
